Decluttering Finds

2020 was a big year for decluttering especially with the amount of time spent at home. Happy to have incorporated it as a regular habit in my life!

Sharing some finds from my decluttering process today: Featuring several geeky yet savage pick up lines which really made me laugh back in secondary school

Guy: I saw your empty valence shell from way over there. Did I mention my nickname is Sodium?

Girl: Did I mention my nickname is Argon?

Guy: You're like an exothermic reaction, you spread your hotness everywhere!

Girl: But the bonds I am forming are not with you.

Guy: If I were a function you would be my asymptote - I always tend towards you.

Girl: But you can never hope to reach me. Ever.

Guy: I hope you know set theory because I want to intersect and union you.

Girl: You can't intersect or union the null set.

Guy: I wish I was your derivative so I could lie tangent to your curves.

Girl: Sorry, you're my asymptote.

 Something I made sure I am mindful of prior to starting my first full-time job... Glad it still holds true.

The Gig Economy

The Dark Season - Justin Bieber Seasons

Dr Daniel Amen: "Having got to know Justin, I know he's got a really good heart. And when he's balanced, he does really amazing things for other people. But it's hard to do amazing things for other people when your brain is not right."

Justin: "Honestly I'm committed to getting better, and committed to whatever I have to do, whether it's inconvenient or not. Because I know ultimately, it's not only for me, but being the best me is gonna help me be the best husband, the best father, the best friend I can possibly be. And for all the fans that want to enjoy the music that I make and stuff. I can't make it if i'm not healthy. And I haven't been healthy for a long time."

Hailey: "I have no idea. I feel like creative people tend to be night owls."

Justin: "Life is good. Life is amazing. We have so many things to be grateful for. So many things to wake up and look at and be like oh my gosh. But you know, we gotta make much of what we have. You can always be grateful for something."

The Wedding

Scooter: "I've seen a change in Justin since Hailey came into his life, and I think any man finds a good woman, he's gonna have a good change. Justin's a better man because he married Hailey."

Justin: "The song - That's what love is. That one's about not everything need to be physical. I love her without needing to touch her."

Hailey: Everything happened the exact way it was supposed to, I really believe that. Even all the mishaps that might've happened and us stumbling over our words, and whatever it was. I think that it was so meant to be.

P: ... so realising this is possibly fate giving me a test and playing with me, I literally reached out in front of me and tapped him on the shoulder and said hi

A: ... You have a really big heart leh

P: Do I?

A: Yeah
